Roc Global Expands Clean Energy Platform with Senior Hire

New York, November 4, 2021 – Roc Global, LLC (member FINRA) today announced the appointment of Sunil Moser as Managing Director and Co-Head of the Clean Energy practice.

Based in Atlanta, Sunil brings more than 16 years of investment banking experience, providing M&A, capital markets and project finance services to clients in the Power, Renewables and Energy Infrastructure sectors. At Roc Global, he will partner with Peter Robert to expand the Clean Energy platform and focus on corporate clients, project developers and financial sponsors in North America.

“I am very excited to have Sunil on board the Clean Energy platform at Roc Global,” said Joe Garofoli, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. “We see a greater need than ever for our services in the Clean Energy arena and Sunil’s expertise will strengthen our ability to deliver for our clients. The global economy is transitioning, and our differentiated platform focuses on the independent forces driving the growth in Clean Energy and Sustainable Metals & Mining, as well as the strong ties that bind them. Most clean technologies rely on large amounts of metals and minerals that need to be extracted and processed in a sustainable manner in order to truly benefit the environment.”

Sunil’s Clean Energy investment banking experience includes advising clients on financings and strategic mandates involving solar, wind, geothermal, hydroelectric, cogeneration and LNG. Before joining Roc Global, Sunil led the Power and Renewables investment banking practice at Truist Securities in Atlanta, and previously he spent over a decade at Credit Suisse in the Global Energy investment banking group in New York, where he was responsible for unregulated Power and Renewables industry coverage and deal execution. Sunil received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a BA from the University of Chicago.
